By complying to these T&C's which combined with our shipping, privacy and returns policy will form our full usage policy you are bound by its rules, rules which govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you do not accept or agree with any or part of  these conditions we kindly ask you to not use our website.

Returns & Replacements
It can be difficult to buy items over the internet and we understand sometimes you may change your mind about a product. Should you wish to return an item please send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. We will issue you a full refund (lesser any postage and packaging costs, if applicable) so long as the product is  sealed and unused and in resalable condition. If the product returned is not in fully saleable condition we may refuse any refund and charge you for postage to return the item. At our discretion we may offer you a refund at a deducted amount by up to 20%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We strongly advise you to enclose a letter explaining previous correspondence including item number and buyer’s ID as this will help us to process your case faster.
  • Please note: we use item number as a 'return reference'.
  • It is compulsory to contact us for any return items to be issued an RMA Approval.
  • Buyer is responsible with returning cost returning cost are subject to charge (8% of full sell price or £8; figures may vary).
  • Packaging and Postage (P&P) is not refundable as it has already been paid to Royal Mail or a Courier company.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, as received by buyer.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will not accept the item if no prior contact has been made.
  • Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted with No Exceptions!
  • We strongly advise to contact us for any enquiries before purchasing the item.
  • We keep the right to charge extra fees for returns caused by buyer’s assumptions or fault.
  • Our items are protected with invisible/visible security marks and serial numbers to prevent frauds.
  • Return policy is subject to change without notice
Ordering
  • When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
  • Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
  • In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, or a typogrpahical mistake has occurred, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
  • Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
  •  Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
  • This contract is covered by English law.
  • By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
                We at PrimaLife love  rewarding our loyal customers with great offers and gifts! Any gift items/promotions offered, suggested or implied are subject to the following conditions
  • Any  gifted item can be withdrawn at anytime without any notice or reason
  • Promotions are at the discretion of the company and subject to stock availability.
  • PrimaLife reserve the right to withdraw any gifts for any reason after the transaction is completed.
  • Damaged gift items are not covered under our returns policy.
  • If the an attribute of a gift received is incorrect i.e. size, colour, type replacements are not offered. 
  • Direct may (at their discretion) agree to replace the gifted item with a more suitable item, but return    postage and costs remains the responsibility of the sender.
  • Gifts are not redeemable with money and cannot be exchanged for such.An attached gift or promotion should not influence the buyers decision to make a purchase. Offered items may not be sent out with the order without reason.
